Return & Refund Policy

Effective as of September 1, 2025

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies exclusively to digital or online courses, programs, and certifications offered by VIDX. It does not cover physical products, services outside of digital learning, or any part of the enrollment not listed herein.

2. Cooling-Off / Trial Window

1. Learners may request a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of enrollment, provided no significant course content has been accessed or consumed.
2. Access to materials, live sessions, or assignments beyond preview content will void eligibility for this refund.

3. Refund Conditions

1. Full Refund: Available within the trial window and limited to situations where the learner has not engaged with the curriculum beyond promotional or preview content.

    

2. Partial Refund: After the trial window, if a learner withdraws within 14 days of enrollment:

   • 50% refund of the course fee may be granted, at VIDX’s discretion.

   • This applies only if less than 10% of the total course content has been consumed.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

1. If the learner has completed more than 10% of the course or accessed live sessions, recorded lectures, or assignments beyond previews.
2. For withdrawals after 14 days from the date of enrollment.
3. For change-of-mind decisions, scheduling conflicts, technical issues on the user’s side, or dissatisfaction with content after significant consumption.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

1. Submit refund requests via email to growwithvidx@gmail.com within applicable timeframes.
2. Include:
   Enrollment details (name, email, course enrolled, date of enrollment)
   Reason for refund
   Proof of minimal usage (e.g., screenshot of completed modules, if required)
3. Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

6. Modifications & Policy Changes

VIDX reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The most recent version will always be accessible on our official website. Any changes will be effective only for enrollments after the update date.
